What we collect

When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of work you need and any details you choose to add. If you call or email us we keep a record of that correspondence. We may take photographs of your roof during a survey or while works are in progress, for quoting, record-keeping and guarantee purposes.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a survey.
• To prepare and send you a written quote and payment schedule.
• To carry out and administer any work you instruct, including guarantees.
• To keep records required for insurance, tax and legal purposes.

Our lawful basis is either your consent (when you submit an enquiry), the performance of a contract (when you instruct works), or our legitimate interest in running and recording the business properly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to deliver the work or run the business — for example with scaffolding contractors, materials suppliers, our insurer, our accountant, or the software providers who host our website, email and enquiry systems. Where the law requires it, we may disclose information to public authorities.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are held for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records relating to completed works are held for the length of the applicable guarantee — up to 25 years on a new pitched roof installation and 15 years on a flat roof installation — plus any period required for tax and insurance purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. Pages that embed Google Maps load content from Google, which may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to how we are using it.
